Ensure 7–8 hours of sound sleep every night. ------Yoga & Pranayama Practice daily: -Surya Namaskar – 5 to 12 rounds -Tadasana -Trikonasana -Bhujangasana -Naukasana -Pawanmuktasana -Anulom Vilom – 10 minutes -Meditation – 10 to 15 minutes daily -----Stress Management Since stress levels are high, stress reduction is essential for successful weight loss.
