Hello I can understand that it is difficult to deal with a kidney stone of size almost a 21 mm that is 2.1 cm You have already been advised for PCNL surgery ▪️Important Please understand 2.1 cm kidney stone is actually very large Ayurvedic medicines alone will not be able to break or dissolve ▪️Why surgery is suggested? -it is difficult for larger stones to pass through the channels -even if larger stone breaks it can pass with difificulty through the ureter leading to obstruction and tremendous pain ▪️Conservative ayurvedic treatment ▪️Internal medication 1.Varunadi kashaya 15ml twice daily with equal water after food 2.Stonex 1 tablet twice daily after food 3.Stoneflux 1 tablet twice daily after food ▪️ diet Have more of kulath in your diet Drink adequate water Have coconut water or barley water Avoid -leafy vegetables -tea or coffee -junk foods ▪️My honest opinion As the size is large better to go for surgery Post surgery we can guite accordingly to prevent recurrence Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

The stone is 21 mm that is too large for the body… You can follow this routine but it is really difficult to break it down. You can try for 3 months and if you donot see result or you experience too much pain u can go for surgey . Follow some simple lifestyle changes and dietary changes and you will see results for your problem. ✔️Do’s✔️ Drink buttermilk daily. Eat freshly cooked food. Eat Barnyard millet (Bhagar/Varai) with ghee daily. It will help you crush your stone naturally. Drink warm water. Lunch and dinner on fixed timings. 100 steps after every meal. If possible dinner as early as 7-8 pm. ❌Don’ts:❌ Packed and processed food. Ready to eat items. Oily and spicy food. Sour and fermented products. Dals (only moong dal can be eaten) Besan Raw vegetables and sprouts Curd 💊 Medication 💊 Cap. Stonvil(S.G.Phytopharma) 2 caps twice a day before food. Syp. Varunadi Kwath 3 tsp twice a day before food. Castor oil. 3 tsp at bed time with hot water.

A 21 mm kidney stone is very large and in most cases cannot be dissolved completely with Ayurvedic medicine alone Ayurvedic medicines can support kidney function reduce discomfort and prevent further stone growth but for complete removal a procedure like PCNL is usually necessary Renogest tablet one tablet twice daily after food Varunadi kwath 15 ml with equal water twice daily before food to help urinary flow Chandraprabha gulika one tablet twice daily after food to support kidney and bladder health Drink plenty of warm water daily and avoid excess salt sugar and processed foods These measures help in controlling symptoms and preventing further stone growth but do not replace the need for urologist intervention Regular follow up with your doctor is important to prevent complications

For a 21 mm stone, complete dissolution with Ayurvedic medicines alone is unlikely. However, Ayurveda can: Reduce stone size slightly Prevent new stone formation Make the stone smoother so it may pass more easily or become easier for procedures later ✓Medicines (for 3 months): Varunadi Kashayam – 15 ml + 45 ml warm water twice daily after meals Gokshuradi Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food Punarnavadi Mandoor – 250 mg twice daily after food Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food ✓Very Important Daily Routine: Drink 3.5 to 4 litres water daily (most crucial) Take lemon water (1 full lemon in warm water) every morning Add barley water or coconut water daily Avoid: spinach, tomato, brinjal, chocolate, nuts, excess salt, non-veg, packaged food Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

I understand your concern. A 21 mm kidney stone is considered large. Ayurvedic medicines and herbal remedies can sometimes help dissolve or reduce smaller stones (usually <5–7 mm), but stones of 21 mm size generally do not dissolve completely with medicines alone. Medical Recommendation— - PCNL (Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy) is the standard treatment for stones >20 mm. - Urologists recommend this because it is safer and more effective than waiting for dissolution. - Avoiding surgery may increase risk of kidney damage in the long term.

Namaste, A 21 mm kidney stone is quite large. Such stones usually do not dissolve easily with medicines alone, and there is a higher chance of complications if left untreated. Simple guidance: For large stones like this, procedures like PCNL (as advised by your urologist) are often the most effective and safe option. Avoid delaying treatment, as it may lead to pain, infection, or kidney damage later. Drink adequate water and maintain a proper diet to support kidney health. Ayurveda may help in supporting smaller stones or preventing recurrence, but for a 21 mm stone, it may not be sufficient alone. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support kidney health include: Varunadi Kwath – traditionally used to support urinary health and stone management. Gokshuradi Guggul – sometimes used to support urinary function. Please follow your urologist’s advice for primary treatment. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

We can try but as the size is a above 10mm. It becomes difficult to dissolve so i will only suggest you to surgery. There medicines but everyone can’t handle the dosage and we have examine you thoroughly for the medicines.

Hello, No, Ayurvedic medicine cannot reliably dissolve a 21 mm kidney stone. At this size (2.1 cm) , spontaneous massage or dissolution is extremely unlikely. even modern medicine usually recommends procedures like PCNL (percutaneous Nephrolithotomy) for stones > 20 mm Reality check -stones < 5-7 mm-> may pass naturally -stones 10-15mm -> sometimes, manageable with medicines -> 20 mm (like yours)-> unlikely to dissolve, may stay silent but can damage kidney over time Even if you have no pain now, the stone can -block urine suddenly -cause infection -reduce kidney function So Ayurveda can be supportive, but not a replacement for PCNL in your case Internal management 1) Chandraprabha vati= 1 tab twice daily after meals 2) Gokshuradi Guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals 3) Varunadi kashaya= 15ml + warm water twice daily before meals 4) Stone X tablet= 1 tab twice daily after meals =reduce stone growth, help small fragments pass, reduce inflammation But= cannot dissolve a 21 mm stone comletely Decoction take twice daily -varuna bark + pashanbheda + gokshura boiled in water helps= urianry flow, mild stone erosion, prevents new stones Hydration therapy most important -drink 2-4 Litres water/day -add= coconut water, barley water -keep urine dilute -prevent further growth Diet -bottle gourd, ash gourd -coconut water -lemon water citrate helps prevent stones -fruits= watermelon, muskmelon Avoid -spinach, tomato seeds high oxalate -tea excess -red meat -packaged salty foods Lifestyle -don’t hold urine -moderate walking daily -avoid dehydration especially in heat When Ayurveda alone is not enough In your case (21 mm + 6 months) you should strongly reconsider PCNL because -it removes stone completely in one go -prevent silent kidney damage -modern PCNL is minimally invasive Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
