prostate enlargement (Vata–Kapha involvement in Mutravaha srotas) is usually managed with Vata-Kapha shamana and Mutrala herbs –Dhamasa and Samblu are traditionally used as Mutrala (urine-promoting) and Shothahara herbs in urinary disorders like BPH. -3-5 gm twice daily with Luke warm water
