Use Pilex oint for better outcome. It’s better than jatyadi ghrit
Ok. I was informed before that Himalaya Pilex Forte cream can be used if there is pile mass, or else Jatyadi Grihatham ointment or oil is fine.
Yes, this combination can be used in Stage 1–2 internal hemorrhoids if there is mild bleeding, burning, itching, or pain. Hello, Yes. You can use the both as you were mentioning. But two pints to be taken into consideration: 1. You can continue application of castor oil at night; but in the place of jathyadi ghritham please use Pilex Forte ointment of himalaya, which is the better option(the application in the same way you are planning for jathyadi ghritham) 2. As you are complaining of bleeding,it is always better to consult a ayurveda surgeon as there is very good safe surgical procedure in ayurveda as it is a permanent solution. Take care, Kind regards.

Yes, this combination can generally be used for stage 1–2 hemorrhoids if symptoms are mainly burning, discomfort, and occasional bleeding. Jatyadi Grihita ointment can be applied gently before and after passing stools for soothing and healing support. Castor oil at night may help reduce dryness and irritation around the anal area. Sitz bath with lukewarm water is also very helpful during burning or bleeding episodes. Avoid constipation, straining, spicy foods, and prolonged sitting. Warm water intake and fibre-rich diet will support healing. Continue Pilex tablets as advised Jatyadi Grihita ointment – local application 2–3 times daily Castor oil – gentle local application at night If bleeding increases, severe pain develops, or piles prolapse more, direct examination is advised. 🌿 Ayurvedic Perspective on Stage 1–2 Hemorrhoids
Local soothing + healing is important to reduce pain, burning, and swelling.
Internal support (like Pilex tablets) helps shrink piles and regulate bowel movements.
Sitz baths are excellent for bleeding or burning episodes.
✅ Your Proposed Regimen
Vaidyanath Jatyadi Grihita ointment (daytime use, before/after passing stools)
✔ Yes, this is appropriate. Jatyadi is traditionally used for wound healing, soothing, and reducing inflammation. Applying after cleansing the area is beneficial.
Castor oil at night (anal area)
✔ Safe and soothing. Castor oil provides lubrication, reduces dryness, and nourishes tissues.
Pilex tablets (internal)
✔ Commonly used for hemorrhoids. They help reduce inflammation, bleeding, and pile mass.
Sitz bath (with Triphala or warm water + antiseptic herbs)
✔ Excellent supportive measure during bleeding or burning.
⚠️ Precautions
Ensure the anal area is clean and dry before applying ointment or oil.
Avoid excessive straining during bowel movements.
If bleeding becomes frequent or piles prolapse, consult a physician — stage 3–4 hemorrhoids may need procedural care.
Since you mentioned moderate symptoms affecting daily activities, keep monitoring closely.
