(Sheetapitta/Urticaria): Your symptoms suggest a mild Pitta-Rakta predominant Sheetapitta (urticaria) with itching and recurrent hives. Commonly Used Ayurvedic Medicines Haridra Khanda – traditionally used for itching, allergic skin conditions, and recurrent hives. Dose: 1 tsp (about 3–5 g) twice daily with lukewarm water or milk after meals. Guduchi Satva – helps support immunity and Pitta balance. Dose: 500 mg–1 g twice daily. Mahamanjisthadi Kwath – traditionally used for Rakta purification and skin disorders. Dose: 15–20 ml with equal water twice daily after food. Arogyavardhini Vati or other classical formulations may be considered in selected cases, but only after assessment by an Ayurvedic physician, especially at your age. Quick Relief Measures Drink coriander seed-infused water daily. Include amla and pomegranate in the diet. Avoid spicy, sour, fried foods, pickles, and excess tea/coffee. Wear loose cotton clothing and avoid excessive heat exposure.
