I am experiencing frequent urination.i was detected with uti two months back.i have taken course of anti biotics twice but it frequent urination is still there.now

Frequent urination even after antibiotics may indicate that the underlying imbalance is still present. In Ayurveda, this can be related to disturbance of Vata and Pitta affecting the urinary system (Mutravaha Srotas). Proper assessment of digestion, lifestyle, hydration, and body constitution is needed before treatment. —Prescription: 1) Chandraprabha Vati 2 tablets twice daily after food with lukewarm water 2)Varunadi vati 2 tab twice daily before food 3) Syrup Neeri (Neeri Syrup) 10 ml twice daily after food with equal water ----Advice (Pathya): Drink adequate warm water Avoid spicy, sour, and caffeine products Do not hold urine Maintain regular bowel habits Light, easily digestible diet —Follow-up: Review after 7 days or earlier if symptoms worsen
Frequent urination even after treatment of a Urinary Tract Infection can happen due to residual bladder irritation, weakened urinary tract lining, excess fluid intake, or incomplete recovery of the urinary system. In Ayurveda, this condition is often related to imbalance of Pitta and Apana Vata affecting the urinary channels (Mutravaha srotas). Helpful measures Drink water in moderate amounts — avoid forcing excessive water intake Avoid tea, coffee, soft drinks, very spicy, sour, and packaged foods Do not hold urine for long periods Maintain proper sleep and stress control Use light, cooling foods like coconut water, barley water, bottle gourd, cucumber, and rice gruel Common Ayurvedic support medicines commonly used for urinary irritation may include: Gokshura Chandraprabha Vati Varunadi preparations Coriander seed water or barley water These are traditionally used to support bladder comfort and urinary balance.
