What to do for severe left kidney pain radiating to the penis and burning during urination? - #54772

I have severe pain on the left side near my kidney, and the pain sometimes radiates down to my penis. I also feel a burning sensation in the urinary passage (urethra) and pain on the upper part of the penis. I frequently feel the urge to urinate, but urine does not pass properly, and I have to apply a lot of pressure to urinate. I have been suffering from this pain for the last 2 years. I have done urine tests and other reports, and everything is normal. There is no stone found, but the pain is still present.”

Symptoms suggest mutravaha srotas disorder (chronic urinary irritation, possible micro-crystals or vata obstruction), even if scans are normal. Long-standing case needs mutrala + vata-shamana. Ayurvedic treatment: Gokshuradi guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after meals Chandraprabha vati 2 tablets twice daily Varunadi kwath 20 ml twice daily empty stomach For burning & flow: Yavakshar 250 mg with water twice daily Coconut water daily Pain (vata): Dashmool kwath 20 ml twice daily Warm sesame oil application on lower abdomen Diet: Increase water intake Avoid spicy, sour, alcohol, excess tea Use barley water regularly
