Hello dear, Aapko jo baar-baar toilet aane aur jalan (burning sensation) ki dikkat ho rahi hai, use Ayurveda mein Mutrakrichra (Dysuria) kaha jata hai. Yeh sharir mein Pitta Dosha (heat) badhne ki wajah se hota hai. ​Ghar par hi rahat paane ke liye aap ye remedies aur fruits follow kar sakte hain: ​Kya Khayein aur Kaun sa Fruit Khayein? ​Best Fruits: Aap Watermelon (Tarbooj) aur Muskmelon (Kharbuja) khayein. Inme water content zyada hota hai jo bladder ko flush karta hai. Iske alawa Amla ka juice ya Pomegranate (Anaar) bhi pitta ko shant karta hai. ​Ghar ke Drinks: Coconut water (Nariyal paani) din mein do baar piyein. आपके लक्षण — बार-बार पेशाब आना और पेशाब के बाद जलन — आयुर्वेद में सामान्यतः पित्त वृद्धि और “मूत्रकृच्छ” (urinary irritation) से जुड़े माने जाते हैं। अभी शुरुआत कम समय की है, इसलिए सही खान-पान और ठंडक देने वाली चीजों से काफी आराम मिल सकता है। क्या खाएं नारियल पानी – दिन में 1–2 बार जौ का पानी (Barley water) – 1 लीटर पानी में 2 चम्मच जौ उबालकर दिनभर थोड़ा-थोड़ा पिएं खीरा, ककड़ी, तरबूज, खरबूजा, अनार मूंग दाल खिचड़ी, हल्की सब्जियां जैसे लौकी, तोरी, परवल सादा दही या पतली छाछ (हल्का जीरा डाल सकते हैं) खूब सादा पानी पिएं, पेशाब साफ और हल्का रहे ऐसा रखें क्या बिल्कुल कम करें लाल मिर्च, गरम मसाले चाय-कॉफी ज्यादा कोल्ड ड्रिंक, पैकेट जूस ज्यादा नमक और खट्टा तला-भुना, फास्ट फूड देर रात जागना और धूप/गर्मी में ज्यादा रहना आसान घरेलू उपाय धनिया पानी 1 चम्मच साबुत धनिया रात में भिगो दें, सुबह छानकर पिएं। गोकशुर / जौ पानी मूत्र मार्ग की जलन और गर्मी कम करने में मदद करता है। मिश्री + सौंफ पानी सौंफ उबालकर ठंडा करें, थोड़ा मिश्री डालकर पी सकते हैं। दिनचर्या पेशाब बिल्कुल न रोकें सूती और ढीले कपड़े पहनें शरीर को ज्यादा गर्म न होने दें 7–8 घंटे नींद लें

यह urine infection या शरीर में ज्यादा गर्मी/irritation की वजह से हो सकता है। अभी ज्यादा पानी पिएं और शरीर को ठंडक देने वाला हल्का खाना लें। क्या खाएं: नारियल पानी खीरा, तरबूज, खरबूजा अनार सादा दही (दिन में) जौ का पानी (barley water) पतली खिचड़ी, हल्का घर का खाना क्या avoid करें: बहुत मसालेदार खाना चाय/कॉफी ज्यादा बाहर का oily food कम पानी पीना घर पर: धनिया seeds रातभर भिगोकर उसका पानी पी सकते हैं ठंडा नहीं, normal या हल्का गुनगुना पानी लें Chandraprabha vati – 1 tablet दिन में 2 बार after food Gokshuradi guggulu – 1 tablet दिन में 2 बार after food Neeri syrup – 10 ml दिन में 2 बार अगर जलन ज्यादा बढ़े, बुखार आए या पेशाब में खून आए तो urine test करवाना जरूरी है। Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
