Since your energy levels are moderate and nightfall happens about once a week, it is often more related to lifestyle, mental stress, excessive sexual thoughts, late-night screen exposure, or irregular sleep rather than a serious disorder. From an Ayurvedic perspective, mild Shukra-kshaya tendency or mental over-stimulation can contribute to such symptoms. A simple and commonly used remedy is Jaiphal (nutmeg).
