Sexual desire and family size are separate issues. Ways to reduce excessive sexual thoughts and urges naturally 1. Stay physically active Regular exercise can help channel excess energy and reduce persistent sexual thoughts. Brisk walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming for 30–45 minutes daily.
