Age 41 par sexual desire hona samanya baat hai. Agar aap ise kam karna chahte hain aur isse pareshaani ho rahi hai, to lifestyle aur manasik santulan par dhyan dena upyogi rahega. Ayurvedic Support Brahmi Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food. Saraswatarishta 15–20 ml with equal water twice daily after meals. Shankhpushpi Syrup 10 ml twice daily. Lifestyle Regular exercise, yoga, and meditation. Avoid erotic content and excessive sexual stimulation. Stay engaged in work, hobbies, and social activities. Ensure adequate sleep.
