आपकी समस्याओं को ठीक करने के लिए नीचे एक बेहद प्रभावी और घरेलू आयुर्वेदिक उपचार बताया जा रहा है, जिसे आप आसानी से घर पर कर सकते हैं। ​1. मुख्य आयुर्वेदिक घरेलू उपचार (Free & Effective Home Remedies) ••​आंवला और शहद (यूरिन और नाइटफॉल के लिए): रोज सुबह खाली पेट 1 चम्मच आंवले का चूर्ण (Amla Powder) और 1 चम्मच शहद मिलाकर चाटें। इसके ऊपर से थोड़ा सा सामान्य पानी पी लें। आंवला यूरिन की बार-बार आने की समस्या को रोकता है, शरीर की गर्मी (पित्त) को शांत करता है और चेहरे पर ग्लो वापस लाता है। ••​सफेद मूसली और मिश्री (कमजोरी के लिए): रात को सोने से कम से कम 1 घंटा पहले, आधा चम्मच सफेद मूसली चूर्ण (White Musli) को गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। इसमें थोड़ी सी धागे वाली मिश्री मिला सकते हैं। यह शरीर की कमजोरी को दूर कर बल देगा। ••​ठंडे पानी का प्रयोग (रात के लिए): रात को सोने से ठीक पहले अपने दोनों पैरों के तलवों को और हाथ-मुंह को ठंडे पानी से अच्छे से धोएं। इससे शरीर का तापमान कम होता है और नींद गहरी आती है, जिससे नाइटफॉल की संभावना बहुत कम हो जाती है। ​2. खान-पान और जीवनशैली में बदलाव (Diet & Lifestyle) ••​इन चीजों से पूरी तरह परहेज करें: रात के समय तीखा (Spicy), चटपटा, ज्यादा तेल-मसाले वाला खाना, फास्ट फूड, और चाय-कॉफी का सेवन बिल्कुल बंद कर दें। ये चीजें पेट में गर्मी बढ़ाती हैं, जिससे रात में गड़बड़ी होती है। ••​रात का भोजन: रात का खाना हमेशा हल्का रखें (जैसे खिचड़ी, दलीया या लौकी-तोरई की सब्जी और रोटी) और सोने से कम से कम 2-3 घंटे पहले खा लें। ••​मानसिक शांति (घबराहट के लिए): सोने से पहले मोबाइल का इस्तेमाल बिल्कुल न करें। कोई भी उत्तेजक विचार या वीडियो न देखें। सुबह या शाम को 10-15 मिनट ‘अनुलोम-विलोम’ प्राणायाम जरूर करें। इससे आपकी घबराहट और पसीना आने की समस्या जड़ से खत्म होगी। ​कितने दिनों में सही होगी यह समस्या? ​आयुर्वेद शरीर को अंदर से ठीक करता है, इसलिए इसमें थोड़ा धैर्य रखना होता है। ••​7 से 10 दिनों में: आपको घबराहट, बार-बार बाथरूम जाना और अत्यधिक पसीना आने की समस्या में सुधार दिखने लगेगा। ••​3 से 4 हफ्तों में (लगभग 1 महीना): नाइटफॉल की आवृत्ति (frequency) बहुत कम हो जाएगी और शरीर की कमजोरी दूर होने लगेगी। ••​2 से 3 महीनों में: यदि आप इस दिनचर्या को लगातार अपनाते हैं, तो आपका शरीर पूरी तरह मजबूत हो जाएगा, पाचन सुधरेगा और चेहरे का ग्लो (ओज) पूरी तरह वापस आ जाएगा।
