A penile circumference (girth) of about 4.2 inches (10.7 cm) is within the normal range for an erect penis. A length of 6.1 inches is also above average. Regarding pleasure, girth can contribute to sensation for some partners, but sexual satisfaction depends much more on arousal, communication, foreplay, erection quality, confidence, and overall sexual compatibility. Internet discussions often exaggerate the importance of size. There is no scientifically proven Ayurvedic medicine that can permanently increase penile girth in a healthy 20-year-old man. Take • Ashwagandha Churna 3–5 g with warm milk at bedtime. • Shatavari Churna 3 g twice daily after meals. • Amla Churna 3 g twice daily after meals. Lifestyle: • Regular exercise and strength training. • Adequate sleep (7–8 hours). • Avoid smoking, tobacco, and excessive alcohol. • Maintain a healthy weight.
