Rx 1.Ashwagandha Churna/Capsules – Helps improve strength, stamina, stress tolerance, and sexual performance. 2. Kaunch Beej (Mucuna pruriens) – Supports healthy testosterone levels, erectile function, and reproductive health. 3. Shilajit (Purified) – Acts as a rejuvenative (Rasayana), enhances energy, vitality, and reduces fatigue. 4. Brahmi or Jatamansi – Useful if anxiety, overthinking, or performance stress is contributing to your symptoms. Diet & Lifestyle Advice Eat meals at regular times; avoid skipping meals.
