आपकी समस्या शीघ्रपतन (Premature Ejaculation), स्तंभन दुर्बलता (Erectile Dysfunction) तथा प्रदर्शन के समय घबराहट/चिंता से संबंधित प्रतीत होती है। लिंग का आकार सामान्य सीमा में होने पर सामान्यतः यौन क्षमता पर प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता। सही कारण जानने के लिए कुछ जांच आवश्यक हैं। -----Advice to Patient: -तनाव, चिंता एवं डर को कम करने का प्रयास करें। -पर्याप्त नींद (7–8 घंटे) लें। -धूम्रपान, तंबाकू, शराब एवं नशीले पदार्थों से बचें। -नियमित व्यायाम, योग एवं प्राणायाम करें। -पौष्टिक आहार लें, अधिक जंक फूड से बचें। ------Investigations: CBC Fasting Blood Sugar / HbA1c Thyroid Profile (TSH) Serum Testosterone (Morning Sample) Vitamin B12 Vitamin D3 ----rx 1) Tab. Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tabs twice daily after meals. 2) Ashwagandha Churna – 3 gm twice daily with milk. 3) Kaunch Beej Churna – 3 gm twice daily with milk. 4) Ashwagandharishta – 20 ml with equal water twice daily after meals. 5) Shilajit Rasayan Vati – 1 tab twice daily after meals. ----Follow-up: 15–30 दिनों बाद अथवा जांच रिपोर्ट के साथ पुनः परामर्श करें। यदि सुबह का erection न आना, मधुमेह, उच्च रक्तचाप या अन्य पुरानी बीमारी हो तो विशेषज्ञ परामर्श भी आवश्यक है।

••Aapne jo pareshaniyan batayi hain—sheeghrapatan (premature ejaculation), peshab mein jalan (burning micturition), erection sustained na rehna (erectile dysfunction), aur size ko lekar chinta—yeh clinical practice mein kafi aam hain. Ayurveda ke nazariye se, yeh sharir mein Pitta aur Vata dosha ke imbalance (asandulan) aur Shukra Dhatu ki kamzori ke karan hota hai. Ek Ayurvedic perspective se iska step-by-step vishleshan aur chikitsa sutra neeche diya gaya hai: 1. Peshab mein Jalan (Burning Micturition) Sabse pehle peshab ki jalan ko theek karna zaroori hai, kyunki sharir mein badhi hui garmi (Pitta) hi sheeghrapatan ka ek bada karan hoti hai. Iske liye Mutral (diuretic) aur Pitta-shamak chikitsa ki jati hai: ••Chandanasava: 15-20 ml davai utne hi gungune paani mein milakar din mein do baar (khana khane ke baad) lein. Yeh jalan aur androoni garmi ko shaant karta hai. ••Gokshuradi Guggulu: 1-1 goli subah-shaam paani ke sath lein. Yeh urinary tract ko detoxify karta hai. ••Paani ki maatra badhayein: Din bhar mein kam se kam 3-4 litre paani peeyein. Coconut water (nariyal paani) aur mishri-saunf ka paani ismein kafi faydemand hota hai. 2. Sheeghrapatan aur Erection ki Kamzori Aapne bataya ki ek baar ke baad dobara khada hone mein 2 ghante ka samay lagta hai (jise medical term mein long refractory period kehte hain) aur jaldi skhalan ho jata hai. Yeh Apan Vata ki dushti aur Shukra Dhatu ka patlapan darshata hai. Iske liye Vajikarana aur Balya aushadhiyan di jati hain: ••Ashwagandha Churna + Shatavari Churna: Dono ko barabar matra mein mila kar rakh lein. 1 chammach (approx. 3-5g) subah aur shaam ko gungune doodh ke sath lein. Ashwagandha stress kam karke erection ko hold karne mein madad karta hai. Shatavari sharir ki garmi ko shaant karke veerya (semen) ki quality badhati hai. ••Chandraprabha Vati: 1-1 goli subah-shaam doodh ya paani se lein. Yeh pure reproductive system ko strength deti hai. 3. Ling ke Size (Size Concerns) ko Lekar Chinta ••Aapko yeh samajhna hoga ki adhitarkar mamlon mein ling ka size normal hota hai, lekin stress, anxiety ya sheeghrapatan ke karan woh chota lagne lagta hai. Ayurveda mein circulation ko sudharne ke liye Shri Gopal Taila ya Ashwagandha Taila se halke haathon se niche se upar ki taraf (forward strokes mein) massage karne ki salaah di jati hai. Isse local blood circulation behtar hota hai aur muscles ko strength milti hai. Dhyan rahe, massage halke haath se karni hai aur excessive masturbation se bachna hai. Pathya-Apathya (Diet & Lifestyle Rules) Kya Khayein: Doodh, ghee, badam, kishmish, taje phal, aur hari sabziyan. ••Kya Na Khayein: Zyada mirch-masala, tala hua khana, fast food, chai-coffee ka zyada sevan, aur khatti cheezein (jisse Pitta badhta hai). ••Mansik Tanaav (Anxiety): Performance anxiety ki wajah se bhi erection chala jata hai.
