नमस्कार। 24 वर्ष की आयु में यदि आपको लगता है कि लिंग का आकार छोटा है, तो सबसे पहले यह समझना आवश्यक है कि अधिकांश पुरुष अपने लिंग के आकार को लेकर अनावश्यक चिंता करते हैं। यदि लिंग में पर्याप्त उत्तेजना (इरेक्शन) आती है और वैवाहिक/यौन जीवन में कोई विशेष समस्या नहीं है, तो सामान्यतः आकार को लेकर चिंता करने की आवश्यकता नही आयुर्वेद के अनुसार शरीर की धातुओं, विशेषकर शुक्र धातु और मांस धातु का पोषण यौन स्वास्थ्य में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। वयस्क अवस्था के बाद लिंग की लंबाई को प्राकृतिक रूप से बहुत अधिक बढ़ाना संभव नहीं माना जाता, लेकिन उचित आहार-विहार और आयुर्वेदिक जीवनशैली से उसकी मजबूती, रक्तसंचार, इरेक्शन की गुणवत्ता और आत्मविश्वास में सुधार किया जा सकता है। घर पर अपनाए जाने वाले आयुर्वेदिक उपाय 1. पौष्टिक आहार लें दूध, घी, बादाम, अखरोट, काले तिल, खजूर और मुनक्का का नियमित सेवन करें। ताजे फल, हरी सब्जियाँ और प्रोटीन युक्त भोजन लें। अत्यधिक जंक फूड, तंबाकू, शराब और धूम्रपान से बचें। 2. नियमित व्यायाम और योग भुजंगासन, धनुरासन, सेतुबंधासन और वज्रासन का अभ्यास करें। प्रतिदिन 30–45 मिनट तेज चाल से चलें। योग और व्यायाम से रक्तसंचार बेहतर होता है और यौन क्षमता में सुधार आता है। 3. पर्याप्त नींद लें प्रतिदिन 7–8 घंटे की गहरी नींद लें। देर रात जागने और अत्यधिक तनाव से बचें। 4. मानसिक तनाव कम करें ध्यान (Meditation) और प्राणायाम करें। आत्मविश्वास बनाए रखें, क्योंकि चिंता और शर्म यौन प्रदर्शन को अधिक प्रभावित करती है।

Aap abhi sirf 24 saal ke hain, aur aisi pareshaniyon ka Ayurveda aur sahi jeevan-shaili (lifestyle) mein poora aur surakshit samadhan hai. ••Gharelu Upay (Home Remedies) Ashwagandha aur Safed Musli Milk: Half teaspoon (aadha chammach) Ashwagandha powder aur aadha chammach Safed Musli powder ko ek gilas gungune doodh (warm milk) mein milakar roj raat ko sone se pehle lein. Yeh muscles ki strength aur blood flow ko behtar banane ka sabse behtareen rasayan hai. ••Kachha Lehsun (Raw Garlic): Roj subah khali pet 1-2 kali (cloves) lehsun ko halke gungune pani ke sath chaba kar khayein. Lehsun mein allicin hota hai, jo poore shareer mein, visheshkar niche ke hisse mein blood flow ko boost karta hai. Kele aur Khajoor (Bananas & Dates): Apni diet mein roj 2 kele aur 3-4 khajoor shamil karein. Yeh shareer ko andaruni taqat dete hain aur pelvic muscles ko majboot karte hain. 2. Ayurvedic Tel se Malish (External Massage) Niche ke hisse ki nerves aur muscles agar kamzor hon, toh sahi blood flow nahi ho pata, jisse size kam lagta hai. Sahi tel se halki malish karne se wahan ki blood vessels khulti hain. ••Kaun sa tel use karein: Aap Shri Gopal Taila ya Ashwagandha Taila market se le sakte hain. Agar yeh na mile, toh pure Til ka tel (Sesame oil) use karein. ••Sahi Tarika: Tel ki 4-5 boondein lekar halke hatho se sirf aage aur sides mein (niche ka hissa aur top chhodkar) peeche se aage ki taraf (root se tip ki taraf) malish karein. Dhyan rahe: Malish behad halke hathon se honi chahiye, bilkul bhi dabav (pressure) nahi banana hai aur na hi isse hamesha ke liye premature ejaculation ya masturbation ki aadat se jodna hai. 3. Dinacharya aur Exercise (Lifestyle Changes) ••Kegel Exercises (Pelvic Floor Exercise): Yeh sabse zaruri hai.
