सरसों का तेल, लहसुन और लौंग मिलाकर लिंग पर मालिश करने से शिघ्रपतन का प्रमाणित उपचार नहीं होता। कुछ लोगों में इससे जलन, एलर्जी, त्वचा में सूजन या जलने जैसी समस्या हो सकती है, इसलिए इसे नियमित रूप से लगाना उचित नहीं है। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार (सामान्य सुझाव): अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 3–5 ग्राम, दूध के साथ रात में। कौंच बीज चूर्ण 3 ग्राम, सुबह-शाम दूध के साथ। शिलाजीत 250–500 mg, दिन में 1–2 बार दूध के साथ। साथ में: नियमित व्यायाम और योग करें। धूम्रपान, शराब और अत्यधिक हस्तमैथुन से बचें। पर्याप्त नींद लें। पेल्विक फ्लोर (केगल) एक्सरसाइज करें।

▪︎आयुर्वेद के अनुसार, शीघ्रपतन (Premature Ejaculation) और लिंग का ढीलापन (Erectile Dysfunction) मुख्य रूप से शरीर में ‘वात दोष’ के असंतुलन और ‘शुक्र धातु’ (reproductive tissue) की कमजोरी के कारण होता है। जहाँ तक सरसों के तेल, लहसुन और लौंग से मालिश करने की बात है, तो यह मिश्रण बहुत अधिक गर्म, तीखा (pungent) और उत्तेजक होता है। लिंग की त्वचा और नसें अत्यधिक संवेदनशील होती हैं; इसलिए इस तरह के तेज गर्म तेल से मालिश करने पर त्वचा में जलन, छाले, लालिमा (rashes) या नसों को नुकसान पहुँचने का पूरा जोखिम रहता है। आयुर्वेद में जननांगों की नसों को ताकत देने के लिए हमेशा ठंडी तासीर वाले या विशेष रूप से सिद्ध किए गए वात-शामक तेलों की सलाह दी जाती है। ▪︎इस समस्या के स्थायी समाधान के लिए आयुर्वेद में ‘वाजीकरण चिकित्सा’ (Vajikarana therapy) का वर्णन है, जो आंतरिक रूप से धातुओं को मजबूत करती है और बाहरी रूप से नसों को बल देती है। इसके लिए आप निम्नलिखित पांच महाऔषधियों का एक विशेष योग तैयार कर सकते हैं: ▪︎अश्वगंधा (Ashwagandha): यह एक बेहतरीन ‘वीर्यवर्धक’ जड़ी-बूटी है। यह शरीर में टेस्टोस्टेरोन के स्तर को बढ़ाती है, तनाव कम करती है और मांसपेशियों व नसों को ताकत (muscular power) देती है। ▪︎कौंच बीज (Kaunch Beej):इसे आयुर्वेद में उत्कृष्ट वाजीकरण द्रव्य माना गया है। इसमें प्राकृतिक रूप से L-Dopa पाया जाता है, जो मस्तिष्क में डोपामाइन (dopamine) के स्तर को बढ़ाकर स्वस्थ वीर्य और शुक्राणुओं के उत्पादन में मदद करता है। ▪︎गोक्षुर (Gokshura): यह मूत्र विकारों को नष्ट करता है, शरीर की धातुओं को शुद्ध करता है और अंगों में रक्त संचार बढ़ाकर स्तंभन शक्ति (erectile power) प्रदान करता है। इसमें मौजूद प्रॉटोडायोसिन (Protodioscin) कामेच्छा और वीर्य की गुणवत्ता में सुधार करता है। ▪︎सफेद मूसली (White Musli): यह वीर्य को गाढ़ा करती है और उसकी गुणवत्ता व चिकनाई (lubricity) को बढ़ाती है। इसमें मौजूद प्राकृतिक स्टेरॉयड और सैपोनिन्स शारीरिक क्षमता और प्रजनन क्षमता में भारी वृद्धि करते हैं। ▪︎विदारीकंद (Vidarikand): यह एक उत्तम वीर्यवर्धक और बल्य औषधि है। इसमें मौजूद फाइटोएस्ट्रोजेनिक तत्व जननांगों और प्रजनन अंगों को गहराई से पोषण देते हैं जिससे प्रजनन क्षमता सुधरती है। ●दवा बनाने और सेवन करने की विधि: इन पांचों औषधियों को अलग-अलग लेकर साफ कर लें और इमामदस्ते या मिक्सर में पीसकर बारीक चूर्ण (60-80 मेश का महीन पाउडर) बना लें। इस तैयार मिश्रण को एक साफ, सूखी और एयरटाइट कांच या टिन के जार में सुरक्षित रख लें। रोजाना रात को सोने से पहले (Bedtime) इस चूर्ण में से 1 छोटा चम्मच (लगभग 3 से 5 ग्राम) मात्रा लें। इसे हल्के गुनगुने दूध (Lukewarm Milk) के साथ सेवन करें, जिसमें थोड़ी मिश्री (sugar candy) घुली हुई हो। संपूर्ण लाभ और नसों व धातुओं के पूर्ण पोषण के लिए इस प्रयोग को नियमित रूप से कम से कम 3 महीने तक जारी रखें। ●बाहरी मालिश के लिए सुरक्षित उपाय: सरसों-लहसुन के तीखे मिश्रण को छोड़कर, आप लिंग की नसों को प्राकृतिक मजबूती देने के लिए बला तेल (Bala Taila), बादाम तेल (Almond Oil) या अश्वगंधा तेल (Ashwagandha Taila) का उपयोग करें। इन सुरक्षित और वात-शामक तेलों की 4-5 बूंदें लेकर दिन में 2 बार (सुबह और शाम) हल्के हाथों से लिंग के निचले हिस्से को छोड़कर ऊपर की तरफ मालिश करें। यह बिना किसी नुकसान के वहां के रक्त संचार को सुधारेगा और ढीलेपन की समस्या को दूर करेगा। साथ ही, बेहतर परिणाम और व्यक्तिगत शारीरिक प्रकृति (प्रकृति परीक्षण) के अनुसार मार्गदर्शन के लिए एक बार नजदीकी आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक से परामर्श जरूर लें।

Sarso ka tel, lahsun aur laung—ye teeno hi prakriti mein aseem garm (ushna) aur teekshna (purngoent/sharp) hote hain. Ling (penis) ki twacha (skin) aur wahan ki nasein (nerves) bahut zyada sensitive aur naazuk hoti hain. Agar aap is garm mishran se wahan malish karenge, to niche likhi samasyaayein ho sakti hain: ••Twacha mein jalan aur chale (Blisters & Rashes): Lahsun aur laung ka teekshnapan wahan ki soft skin ko jala sakta hai. ••Nason ko nuksaan: Zyada ragadne ya garam tel se wahan ki sensitive nerves damage ho sakti hain, jisse dhilapan kam hone ki bajay aur badh sakta hai. ••Infection: Twacha chhilne par sankraman (infection) ka khatra badh jata hai. ••Agar aap malish karna hi chahte hain, to classical aur surakshit Ayurvedic telon ka upyog karein: 1. Surakshit Bahari Ilaj (Malish ke liye) ••Shri Gopal Taila ya Ashwagandha Taila: Yeclassical Ayurvedic tel hain jo nason ko takat dete hain aur naazuk twacha ke liye bilkul surakshit hain. ••Sahi tareeqa: Tel ki 4-5 boondein lekar ling ke sirf pichle hisse aur aas-paas ke eria par halke haath se (bina dabav dale) upar ki taraf malish karein. Ling ke samne wale hisse (glans/top) par tel na lagayein. 2. Andaruni Chikitsa (Vajikarana Aushadhi) Ayurveda mein iske liye behtareen dawayein hain jo aushadhiya roop se surakshit hain: ••Ashwagandha aur Shatavari Churna: Sheshe ke garm doodh ke sath aadha-aadha chammach subah-shaam lein. Ye nason ko takat deta hai aur timing sudharta hai. Kaunch Beej Churna: Ye shighrapatan mein kafi faydemand hai. ••Rasayan/Guti: Agar samasya kafi samay se hai, to Chandraprabha Vati ya Yavan Amrit Vati jaisi aushadhiyon ka upyog kisi chikitsak ki dekhrekh mein kiya jata hai. Kuch Zaroori Parhez aur Lifestyle Badlav ••Aahar (Diet): Zyada mirch-masala, khatta, aur fast food turant band karein, kyunki ye Pitta aur Vata ko badhakar shighrapatan ko aur badhate hain. Doodh, ghee, badam, aur khajur ko diet mein shamil karein. ••Manasik Tanav (Stress): Kafi baar dhilapan aur shighrapatan ka karan dimagi tanav ya performance anxiety hoti hai. Pranayam aur yoga ismein behad asardari hain.
