Regarding penis size, many men feel that their penis is small even when it is within the normal range. Penis size is usually less important for sexual satisfaction than erection quality and confidence. ----At present, I would advise: • Reduce stress and anxiety as much as possible. • Get 7–8 hours of sleep daily. • Exercise regularly for 30–45 minutes. • Avoid smoking, tobacco, alcohol, and recreational drugs. • Avoid excessive pornography and masturbation if present. • Maintain a healthy diet with adequate fruits, vegetables, nuts, and protein.
