Vanishodhit Shilajit (Purified Shilajit): Mishri mile gungune doodh ke sath chane ke daane ke barabar shilajit resin ka sevan subah khali pet karein. Yeh testosterone aur blood circulation ko behtar karega. Chandraprabha Vati: 2-2 goli subah aur shaam ko khane ke baad paani se lein. Yeh mutra-vaha srotas aur reproductive organs ki kamzori ko door karti hai. 2. Sthanik Chikitsa (External Application) Nason ki kamzori (local nerve weakness) ko theek karne ke liye ling ki maaspeshiyo ko takat dena zaroori hai. Shri Gopal Taila ya Ashwagandha Bala Lakshadi Taila: Is tel ki 4-5 boondein lekar ling ke neeche ke hisse aur supari (glans) ko chodhkar, halki ungliyo se aage ki taraf massage (maardana) karein. Dhyan rahe: Massage bilkul halke hatho se karni hai aur iske turant baad hastamaithun nahi karna hai. Yeh nason mein rakt sanchar (blood flow) ko sudhareda. 3. Lifestyle aur Ahara-Vihara (Diet & Routine) Hastamaithun bilkul band karein: Kam se kam agle 2 se 3 mahine ke liye masturbation aur pornography se bilkul door rahein, taaki srotas (channels) ko heal hone ka samay mile. Vata-Nashak Ahar: Apne khane mein ghee, doodh, badam, akhrot, aur khajur shamil karein. Tikha, khatta, aur fast food bilkul band kar dein kyuki yeh vata ko aur badhate hain.
