—Burning during urination for a long time may be due to a urine infection, stones, or prostate/urinary irritation. Since you also have ischemic heart disease and hypothyroidism, it is important to check a urine test and ultrasound. Drink enough water and avoid very spicy foods until we confirm the cause. –Rx: 1)Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tab BD after food with lukewarm water 2)Gokshuradi Guggulu – 2 tab BD after food 3)Chandanasava – 15 ml + equal water BD after meals 4)Punarnava Mandur – 1 tab BD after food ----Diet Advice (Pathya): Increase water intake Coconut water / barley water Avoid spicy, fried, sour foods —Investigations advised: Urine R/M, Urine culture, USG KUB if symptoms persist. —Follow-up: 7–10 days
