Start with Tablet Liv-52 1-0-1 after food with water will help improve digestion. Take aloevera juice 15ml. Twice with 30ml. water after food with water. Take 2-4 tsp. Of cow’s ghee in your diet daily. Soak overnight raisins+ black currant,+ dry fig in a glass of warm water, morning make smoothie and drink. Prunes 2-3 / day are also good to have smooth poop. Triphala churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with warm water. Do not strain to pass stool, this will give rise to piles, creating a new problem. Follow up after 10days

—To help your bowel movements, make sure you drink enough water, stay active, and keep a balanced fiber intake. If stools are hard, foods like Kiwi, small amounts of Prunes, or adding Flaxseed or Psyllium husk can help soften them. Avoid straining when passing stool. If the problem continues for a long time, it’s best to consult . —Prescription: Triphala Churna – 3 g with warm water at bedtime Isabgol Husk – 1 tsp in warm water at night Abhayarishta – 15 ml with equal water after dinner –Advice (Pathya): Drink warm water in the morning Light, fiber-rich diet Regular walking / mild exercise Do not suppress natural urge for stool Take small quantity of Prunes or Papaya if needed – follow up after 15 days

1. Habit changes Drink warm water first thing in morning (500 ml + squeeze of ½ lemon) – stimulates peristalsis safely Vajrasana – sit 10 min after every meal (improves downward movement & colon motility) Abdominal massage – clockwise gentle massage with warm sesame/castor oil 5–10 min morning & night (stimulates colon without force) Legs-up-the-wall pose (Viparita Karani) – 5–10 min evening (reduces pelvic congestion & eases transit) Finish dinner by 7 pm, no food after 8 pm 2. Safe daily add-ons (start one at a time) Triphala powder – 3–4 g (1 tsp) at bedtime with warm water Soaked figs/raisins – 2–3 figs or 6–8 raisins soaked overnight and eat morning with water Flaxseed – 1 tsp ground flax + 1 cup warm water at night (or mix in curd) 3. When you need faster relief (occasional) Castor oil – 1–2 tsp (5–10 ml) at bedtime with warm water (once every 7–10 days max) 4. Foods to prioritize / avoid Eat more: cooked vegetables (lauki, pumpkin, carrot), ripe banana, papaya, pomegranate, moong dal khichdi with ghee Reduce: raw salads, excessive bran/whole grains, dry fruits in large quantity, cold drinks Keep fiber high but mostly cooked/soluble (raw fiber can slow transit in some people) Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

HELLO, From an Ayurvedic view, your symptoms suggest a mild form of vibandha , usually caused by aggravated vata dosha In the colon. Even if diet contains fiber, dryness of the colon, weak digestion , or improper bowel habits can cause hard stools and straining 1) CORRECT THE DIGESTIVE FIRE Weak digestion leads to improper stool formation DAILY REMEDIES -Morning= warm water + 1/2 tsp ghee -Before meals= small piece of ginger with a pinch of rock salt =Improves digestion and intestinal movement 2) LUBRICATE THE INTESTINE (best for hard stool) Dry colon Is a major cause of difficult bowel movement -Take 1 tsp ghee in warm milk at night -or 1 tsp castor oil in warm milk once weekly =Softens stool without causing excessive loose motions INTERNAL MEDICATIONS INSTEAD OF STRONG LAXATIVES -1/2 tsp Triphala powder bedtime with warm water -OR 1 tsp Isabgol with warm water at night =regulates bowel movement naturally FOOD GUIDELINES Even high-fiber diets can worse constipation if they are dry INCREASE -warm cooked vegetables -soaked raisins -papaya -banana ripe REDUCE -excess raw salads -dry foods- crackers, packaged snacks -excess tea, coffee CORRECT BOWEL HABITS -Sit for bowel movement every morning after warm water -do not strain strongly -maintain a fixed routine Straining causes pressure in the head and may lead to piles or fissues YOGIC SUPPORT -pawanmuktasana -malasana -vajrasana after meals These improve intestinal movement SIMPLE NIGHT REMEDY -Since prunes make stool too loose -soak 5-7 raisins overnight -eat in morning with the soaking water Gentler than prunes DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU
