Holi colours and sun exposure often cause sudden tanning dryness and dullness of skin this usually improves when the skin is soothed and hydrated properly You can apply fresh curd mixed with a little besan on face and hands keep it for about 15 to 20 minutes then wash with normal water this helps in reducing tan and dryness Aloe vera gel can be applied two times daily as it cools the skin and slowly brings back natural glow At night you can gently apply a small amount of coconut oil or almond oil on face and hands to nourish the skin Drink plenty of water and include fruits like papaya orange or pomegranate which support skin recovery from inside with regular care the tanning usually becomes lighter in a few days

Hello i can understand holi colours and prolonged sun exposure can cause temporary tanning with dryness and dullness especially on face and hands As your tanning is recent (less than a week) it is usually reversible with proper care and gentle skin nourishment While I will be honest it is not possible to completely disappear it in 2 days you can definitely reduce dullness , restore hydration and lighten the tan significantly IMMEDIATE SKIN CARE ROUTINE(For next 2-3 days) 1.GENTLE CLEANSING(Twice daily) use a mild cleanser and avoid harsh scrubbing as your skin is already dry over exfoliating may worsen irritation 2.HYDRATION AND MOSTURIZING Apply a good moisturizer containing aloe vera , glycerin or hyaluronic acid 3.SUNSCREEN PROTECTION Even if you are indoors then also apply broad spectrum sunscreen it prevents further darkening NATURAL REMEDIES TO REMOVE TAN 1.YOGURT AND GRAM FLOUR -Mix 1 tsp of besan with 1 tsp of yogurt -Apply on face and hands for 15 mins 2.ALOE VERA GEL Apply fresh aloe vera on the face and hands at night it helps to repair skin, hydrates it and also soothes irritation 3.HONEY AND MILK PACK mix 1 tsp of honey with 1 tsp of milk apply for 10-15 minutes then rinse this combination can help soften the skin and also give glow to your face INTERNAL SKIN SUPPORT -Drink plenty of water -Include vitamin C rich foods like oranges , lemon, and amla -Eat fresh fruits and vegetables to support skin repair THINGS TO AVOID -Avoid harsh scrubs or chemical peels immediately after holi Avoid very hot water Limit your exposure to sun post holi tanning usually improves in 5-7 days as skin naturally renews itself With consistent care over next few days , your skin tone and glow will gradually improve Wishing you a glowing skin Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

HELLO, Recent Holi tanning with dryness is best managed as a pitta dominant twak dushti with rukshata . In just 2 days, the aim should be to reduce hear, dryness, dullness and irritation, and to start fading the tan gently. complete removal in 2 days is not realistic, but the skin can definitely look calmer, softer and brighter FOR THE FACE AND HANDS, advise very gentle cleansing only twice daily with a mild cleanser. Do not use harsh soaps or repeated washing, because that will further dry the skin and make it look more dull. After cleansing, apply a soothing layer of fresh aloe vera gel or aloe mixed with cool water. This helps cool the skin and reduce the heated, tanned look. After that, apply a good moisturiser properly, because dryness is a major reason the skin is looking lifeless At night, a mild Ayurvedic lepa can be used for both face and hands . Mix besan with curd or mild and add a very small pinch of Haldi.Apply a thin layer for only 5-7 minutes and wash off gently without rubbing. This can help with mild tan reduction and restore some glow. It should not be kept for too long, especially when the skin is already dry If the skin feels very rough or tight, then instead of using packs daily, focus on oiling external through mositurizer. A light application of coconut milk cream, plain aloe gel, or gentle mosiutrueizer, is better then repeated packs. The main mistake is fresh tanning is over scrubbing. That should be strictly avoided Avoid lemon, baking soda, toothpaste, strong butanes, physical scrubs, bleach, hot water and forceful rubbing. These things can worsen dryness and irritation and may make the skin darker instead of lighter. Also avoid direct sun exposure for the next 2 days as much as possible… whenever going out, the face and hands should be protected with sunscreen, scarf, full sleeves, or gloves. otherwise the fresh tan will deepen further Increase water intake, coconut water, cucumber, fruits, and light cooling food, avoid very spicy, oily. fried, and excessively hot foods. Good sleep is also important, because tired and dehydrated skin appears more dull DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU
