In Ayurveda, your skin dullness and darkening is due to Pitta and Vata imbalance. -Pitta causes oxidation, tanning, and uneven color, while Vata leads to dryness and dullness. -----To correct this, we focus on: -Cooling and detoxifying the blood (Rakta shodhana) -Using herbs like Manjistha, Kumkumadi, and Aloe vera for natural glow -Protecting skin from sun and heat, which aggravate Pitta —With proper care, your natural brightness will gradually return. ------Prescription: 1) Manjistha Churna – 3 g twice daily With lukewarm water after food 2) Kumkumadi Tailam (external application) Apply thin layer on face at night 3) Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab twice daily After food with warm water 4) Sarivadyasava – 15 ml + equal water, twice daily 5) brahmi pearl capsule 1 at night After meals —Anupana: Lukewarm water —Pathya (Advice): Avoid excessive sun exposure, spicy & oily food Increase intake of cooling foods (coconut water, cucumber) Proper sleep and stress management
Take Mahamanjishtadi Kwath 15 ml + equal water twice daily after food. Avipattikar Churna 1 tsp at night with warm water. Kumkumadi Tailam 2–3 drops gently on face at night, 3 times weekly. Use rose water face wash and wash face with filtered/RO water. Avoid spicy, oily junk food, late nights, scrubs, and chemical creams.
