I have a stretch marks on my tummy and in my underarms also .they have after my three year delivery,so they can remove or not

Stretch marks after pregnancy (old, 2–3 years) are called “Striae”, and in Ayurveda they are mainly due to Vata imbalance (loss of skin elasticity + dryness of deeper tissues). Since they are long-standing, complete removal is difficult, but significant fading, tightening and skin improvement is possible with regular care. Ayurvedic Approach (Natural & Effective) 1. External Oil Therapy (Most Important) Daily gentle massage improves blood circulation and skin regeneration: Kumkumadi Tailam – improves skin tone and lightens marks Eladi Oil / Bala Ashwagandha Tailam – deeply nourishes skin tissues Coconut oil + Aloe vera gel (mixed) – simple home option for hydration Massage 10–15 minutes daily on tummy & underarms, preferably after bath. 2. Herbal Ubtan (2–3 times/week) Natural exfoliation helps reduce pigmentation: Besan (gram flour) Turmeric pinch Milk or rose water Few drops of almond oil Apply, leave for 10–15 min, then wash gently. 3. Internal Nourishment (To repair skin from inside) Ashwagandha – improves tissue strength and elasticity Shatavari – supports post-pregnancy recovery and skin healing Aloe vera juice (small quantity) – cooling and detoxifying 4. Diet for Skin Repair Healthy fats: ghee, almonds, walnuts Protein-rich foods: lentils, milk Hydration: warm water, herbal teas Avoid: excess dry, junk, and cold foods (increase Vata)

Consume fresh amla juice or a teaspoon of Amla powder daily. ••​Hydration: Drink adequate warm water throughout the day to maintain skin turgor from within. ••​Collagen-Boosting Diet: Include foods rich in Vitamin E, C, and healthy fats (like A2 cow’s ghee, walnuts, and almonds) to nourish the Rasa and Rakta Dhatus (tissue layers).
