I want brightning face and i have little pigmentation around mouth and i have pigmented lips and i want to look brighter and also i have dark circles

According to Ayurveda, this can be due to Pitta-Vata imbalance, lack of sleep, stress, dehydration, weak digestion, anemia, excess sun exposure, or nutritional deficiency. Skin brightening takes regular care for 2–3 months. —Rx 1) Mahamanjisthadi Kwath 15 ml + equal water BD after food 2) Khadirarishta 15 ml + equal water BD after meals 3) Amla Juice 20 ml OD empty stomach 4) Kumkumadi Tailam local application at bedtime on face & pigmented areas 5)Aloe vera gel+ mix 1-2 drops coconut oil application once daily- 15 min as pack and remove with water —Rose water eye pad for dark circles -Advice: Avoid spicy/junk food, late nights, excess sun exposure. Increase water intake, fruits, beetroot, pomegranate & proper sleep. Use sunscreen daily
Ayurvedic treatment for pigmentation, dull face, dark circles, and lip darkness Manjisthadi kwath 15 ml + equal water twice daily after food. Kumkumadi tailam Apply 2–3 drops on face at night. Yashtimadhu churna ½ tsp with milk at bedtime. For dark circles: Apply aloe vera gel + rose water under eyes 15 min daily. Sleep 7–8 hrs and drink enough water. For pigmented lips: Apply cow ghee or beetroot juice at night. Avoid licking lips, smoking, excess tea/coffee. Diet Eat pomegranate, soaked black raisins, amla. Avoid spicy, oily food and constipation.
