●Why does hair turn gray early? Hair turns gray early when melanin production is affected. Main causes: • Vitamin B12, iron, and copper deficiencies • Chronic stress • Sleep disturbances Repeated chemical use • Smoking/pollution • Hormonal imbalances and poor digestion It’s not just a hair problem; the entire body shows signs. ●Ayurvedic Herbs That Support These herbs support the natural color of hair: • Bhringraj • Amla • Brahmi Jatamansi • Curry Leaves • Hibiscus • Ashwagandha Liquorice • Neem They nourish the roots, not impose color. ●What to do from within Hair grows strong only when the body is nourished. Daily habits: • Lukewarm water • Amla or fruit • Roasted black sesame seeds • Adequate sleep • Reduce stress • Morning sun • Oil 2-3 times a week This is the basic treatment. ●Ayurvedic hair support Drink This is a nutritional support drink only, not a medicine. Ingredients: • Amla powder - 1/2 teaspoon Bhingraj powder - 1/2 teaspoon Brahmi powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Honey - 1/2 teaspoon • Lukewarm water - 1 cup Method: Mix the powder in water, then add honey. Caution: If pregnant or taking medication, consult a doctor first. ●Peel what is kesh rasayan Pot? It is a pure herbal potion made from 25+ herbs to impart true potency to the oil. What’s in it? Bhringraj, Amla, Hibiscus, Brahmi, Curry Leaves, Neem, Jatamansi, Ashwagandha, Camphor, Kachari, Fenugreek, Tulsi, Licorice, Shikakai, Reetha, Rose, Orange Khus, Lemongrass, Kalonji, Dry Ginger, Myrobalan, Baheda, Aloe Vera Extract ●Method of use (Potli) lightly heat 250 ml of oil (sesame/coconut/almond oil). Add the potli. Method: simmer on low heat - 40-45 minutes (below 70°C) 1. 2. 3. 4. Leave for 3 hours Squeeze the Potli Strain and store use 2-3 times a week
