I have a question that can I use my hair oil into a flaxseed gel, mix both of them together and then apply to my hair for adding benefits or this method reduced the benefits.

Yes, you can mix essential oil–based hair oil with flaxseed gel, but how you do it matters a lot. If done incorrectly, it can reduce benefits and even cause buildup (which you already mentioned you’re prone to). –Essential oils should never be applied directly without dilution. - If you’re adding them to flaxseed gel: Use only 1–2 drops Mix very well Still safer when diluted in a carrier oil (like coconut, argan, etc.) —Better option: Apply flaxseed gel first (on damp hair) Then use 1–2 drops of oil to seal moisture - Mixing can cause buildup and uneven benefits (especially for wavy hair). - Also: Always dilute essential oils — don’t use them directly.
