Ayurveda ke anusar ye sharir mein Vata dosha ke badhne aur Asthi-Majja Dhatu (bone and marrow tissue) ke kshaya hone ki wajah se hota hai. ​ ​White Hair (Palitya) ke liye ​Medicine: Kshirabala (101) Capsules ​Dose: 1 capsule din mein do baar, khana khane ke baad garam doodh ya paani ke saath. Ye nerves aur hair follicles ko nourish karta hai. ​External Oil: Neelibringadi Keratailam ​Usage: Is oil ko rozana sar par lagakar halki massage karein. Ye hair pigmentation improve karne aur girte baalon ko rokne mein best hai. ​Loose Skin (Twak Shaithilya) ke liye ​Medicine: Chyavanprash ​Dose: 1 chammach roz subah khali pet. Isme Vitamin C (Amla) aur antioxidants hote hain jo skin ki elasticity (rasayana effect) ko barkaraar rakhte hain. ​External Oil: Dhanwantharam Thailam ​Usage: Nahane se 30 minute pehle is oil se poore sharir ki massage (Abhyanga) karein.
