For neck rope treatment in ayurvedic medicine, age about 75 yrs,I don't have any other lines on my face. Looks, neck and little bit on my forehead some lines are seen.

What to do: •Use a good moisturizer daily (morning & night) •Do gentle oil massage (sesame/almond oil) at night •Apply sunscreen on neck regularly •Keep skin hydrated and include a little ghee/healthy fats in diet If tolerated, a mild retinol cream 2–3 times/week can help slightly. Focus on hydration and nourishment, not aggressive treatments. With regular care, the skin will look softer and healthier, even if wrinkles don’t fully disappear.

At 75 years, neck wrinkles (rope-like lines) mainly happen due to age-related collagen loss + dryness (vata predominance). This is natural, so aim is improvement and skin nourishment, not complete removal. First focus on external care. Daily gentle oil massage on neck is most important. Use sesame oil or almond oil and massage upward direction for 5–10 minutes, then leave it for 20–30 minutes before bath. You can also apply aloe vera gel or a paste of sandalwood + rose water once daily. This helps in hydration and mild tightening. Avoid very dry skin. Do not use harsh soaps on neck area. Now internal support. Include 1–2 teaspoons of ghee daily in diet. Take milk regularly if suitable. Soaked almonds (4–5) are helpful. Keep body well hydrated. Lifestyle: Do mild neck movements and stretching daily to improve circulation. Sleep properly. Medicines: Kumkumadi tailam – apply few drops at night on neck and gently massage Shatavari churna 3 grams twice daily with milk Ashwagandha churna 3 grams at night with milk These help in improving skin nourishment and elasticity gradually. Improvement will be slow and gradual over months.
