मेरी आयु 30 वर्ष महिला है। मेरे चेहरे पर छाइयां है। खासकर माथे और ठोडी पर है। चेहरे का रंग असमान है। ये 2-3 साल से पहले के है। आयुर्वेदिक दवाइयां और syrup बताएं, कब लेनी है और कितने महीने तक लेनी है। क्योंकि सुना है कि आयुर्वेदिक दवाइयां लंबे समय तक खानी पड़ती हैं।

आपकी समस्या पिग्मेंटेशन + स्किन टोन असमान (Melasma type) है, जो आमतौर पर पित्त imbalance + हार्मोन + सूर्य (sun exposure) से होती है।
इसमें सिर्फ क्रीम नहीं, अंदर और बाहर दोनों का उपचार जरूरी है।
क्या करें (Basic rules):
धूप से बचाव (sunscreen या कपड़ा)
बहुत spicy, oily, junk कम करें
पानी और नींद सही रखें
घर पर:
सुबह खाली पेट:
आंवला जूस 20 ml पानी के साथ
Face pack (सप्ताह में 2–3 बार):
चंदन + गुलाब जल
या मुल्तानी मिट्टी + दूध
Ayurvedic medicines:
Mahamanjishtadi kwath – 15 ml + बराबर पानी, दिन में 2 बार खाने के बाद
Khadirarishta – 15 ml + बराबर पानी, दिन में 2 बार खाने के बाद
Gandhak rasayan – 1 टैबलेट, दिन में 2 बार
कितने समय तक:
कम से कम 2–3 महीने नियमित लें
फिर सुधार के अनुसार कम किया जा सकता है
जरूरी बात:
यह धीरे-धीरे ठीक होता है (instant नहीं)
धूप और diet control नहीं किया तो वापस भी आ सकता है
Consistency से skin tone साफ और even होने लगेगा।
