समस्या के अनुसार यह अकाल पका (Premature Greying) मुख्यतः पित्त-वात वृद्धि, तनाव, पोषण की कमी और पारिवारिक कारणों से हो सकता है। थकान और कम पौष्टिक आहार भी इसमें योगदान दे सकते हैं।
–rx
1) Bhringrajasava – 15 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर, भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार।
2) Amla Churna – 1 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने पानी से।
3) Saptamrit Lauh – 1 गोली सुबह-शाम भोजन के बाद।
4) Bhringraj Taila – दाढ़ी और सिर पर रात में हल्की मालिश करें।
----Diet & Lifestyle:
आंवला, तिल, काला चना, हरी सब्जियां, फल, नारियल पानी लें।
ज्यादा चाय-कॉफी, जंक फूड, तला-मसालेदार भोजन कम करें।
तनाव कम रखें, पर्याप्त नींद लें।
----यदि सफेद बाल तेजी से बढ़ रहे हों, कमजोरी ज्यादा हो या B12/थायरॉइड की समस्या का संदेह हो तो एक बार जांच कराना भी उचित रहेगा।
