Hello dear, I can understand your frustration regarding your questions… Here I’ll suggest you the protocol for your all complaints. 1. Oily skin & small bumps : The bumps on the nose and under the eyes are often “milium” or clogged pores caused by excess Kapha and Medas (fatty tissue). Medicine: Swarnamukhi Face Cream. Dose/Application: Apply a thin layer after washing your face at night. It contains Saffron and Lodhra, which help balance oil production and gradually flatten small bumps. Wash: Use Eladi Choornam mixed with a little water or rose water as a scrub. Gently massage on the sides of the nose to exfoliate the bumps. 2. Dark Circles (Vaivarnya) In Ayurveda, dark circles are often linked to Vata imbalance or lack of sleep/eye strain, leading to poor circulation. Medicine: Manjishtadi Kwath. Dose: Take 15ml mixed with 45ml of lukewarm water twice daily, 30 minutes before food. This is a powerful blood purifier that improves complexion from within. External: Apply Kshirabala Tailam (regular) around the eyes. Massage very gently with your ring finger in a circular motion before bed. 3. Dry & Low Color Lips (Oshtha Shosha) This indicates a lack of Rasa Dhatu (plasma) nourishment or excess Vata/Pitta. Medicine/Application: Nalpamaradi Keratailam. Dose/Application: Apply Nalpamaradi Keratailam to your lips 20 minutes before bathing. It contains turmeric and bark extracts that help remove tan and restore natural pink color. Internal: Take 1 teaspoon of Ghee with warm milk at night to lubricate the body from within. 4. How to Remove Hair Oil To remove heavy oiling without stripping the scalp of natural moisture: Method: Use Kesini Herbal Hair Wash Powder. Application: Mix the powder with water to make a paste. Apply to the oily scalp and hair, leave for 5 minutes, and rinse. It removes excess oil using natural saponins (like Shikakai) without the harsh chemicals found in synthetic shampoos. So, you have to follow your care routine in this way : Morning (Empty Stomach): 15ml Manjishtadi Kwath with water. Before Bath: Massage Nalpamaradi Keratailam on lips and Eladi Choornam scrub on the nose. Hair Wash: Use Kesini Powder to remove oil. Night: 15ml Manjishtadi Kwath before dinner. Before Sleep: Apply Swarnamukhi Face Cream on the face and a drop of Kshirabala Tailam around the eyes.

your concerns are interconnected. oily skin, dark circles, small bumps, lip dryness and even scalp oiliness are usually due to imbalance of kapha and pitta along with mild agni dushti. so treatment should be both external and internal. first understand the approach do not try to treat each issue separately. once digestion, blood purification and skin metabolism improve, all these concerns will gradually settle. hair oiliness use a weekly hair mask: * triphala powder * bhringaraj powder * hibiscus flower powder mix with water and apply on scalp once a week. keep for 20–30 minutes and wash. this helps reduce excess oil and improves scalp health. also avoid very frequent oil application on scalp if it is already oily. dark circles causes can be: * lack of proper sleep * stress * mild pitta imbalance * screen exposure what to do: * sleep before 11 pm * reduce screen time at night * apply a small amount of cow ghee or almond oil around eyes at night (very little, gentle application) small bumps near nose and under eyes these are often due to: * clogged pores (kapha) * mild pitta involvement before applying any mask: * do mild steam for face * gentle exfoliation using triphala powder (very lightly) face mask (twice weekly): * vacha – 2 pinch * yashtimadhu – about 2 gm * masoor dal powder – about 2 gm * haldi – 2 pinch mix with water or rose water, apply for 10–15 minutes, then wash. this helps in clearing pores and improving texture. dry and low colour lips this indicates dehydration and pitta imbalance. * avoid licking lips frequently * apply ghee or simple lip balm regularly * ensure adequate water intake according to thirst * avoid very spicy and salty foods oily skin * wash face 2–3 times daily with mild cleanser * avoid heavy creams and oily products * use light, non-comedogenic moisturiser * avoid frequent touching of face internal medicines (for better and lasting effect) * manjishthadi kashaya 15 ml with equal water twice daily * sarivadyasava 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food these help in: * rakta shodhana * reducing acne tendency and oiliness * improving skin complexion additional advice * keep diet simple and avoid fried, junk and excessive sugar * include fresh, warm meals * manage stress with simple breathing practices * regular routine is very important for skin health what to expect * in 2–3 weeks: reduction in oiliness and slight improvement in bumps * in 4–6 weeks: better skin tone and reduction in dark circles consistency is important. avoid trying too many remedies at once and follow a stable routine.

Hello, Ayurvedic view -Oily skin + bumps (milia/comedones)-> excess kapha + pitta -Dark circles-> vata imbalance + poor sleep/blood circulation -dry lips + dull tone-> vata + dehydration Your condition (6 months, moderate)= reversible with routine 1) Hair oil removal (without damaging skin) Problem= oil residue clogs pores-> bumps Ayurvedic method -apply warm water + herbal cleanser twice -use herbal shampoo TIP -don’t let oil touch face overnight -wash hair next morning max Dark circles (moderate) Causes -screen , sleep, dehydration, pitta heat Treatment Night -kumkumadi taila= 2 drops under eyes =Helps brighten and pigmentation reduction over weeks Daily -cold rose water compress 2-3 min -sleep before 11 pm Small bumps (nose sides + under eyes) This is likely milia/ closed pores -caused by trapped keratin and oil under skin Avoid -heavy creams, thick oils near eyes -scrubbing or popping causes scars Treatment Morning -Neem face wash weekly twice mild steam 5 min Night= very light use of kumkumadi (not thick layer) Goal= reduce clogging + improve skin turnover Dry and dull lips Treatment APPLY= lip balm 3-4 times daily Night= ghee very effective Ayurvedic remedy Internal -drink more water + add soaked almonds Oily skin control (your main issue) Causes= kapha + pitta imbalance -> excess sebum Routine Morning -neem face wash -light moisturizer= aloe vera gel Night= cleanse again, 2-3 drops kumkumadi Weekly= Face pack twice daily -Multani mitti face pack =helps absorb oil + unclog pores Important Habits (most people ignore) -don’t apply oil/ cream near under eye heavily -change pillow cover every 2-3 days -avoid junk + fried increases oil -sleep 7-8 hours Expected results -oil control= 2-3 weeks -darkcircles= 4-6 weeks -bumps= 4-8 weeks slow but steady Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
