Take Walnuts contains DHA & omega -3 Almonds contains Vitamin E Cashews contains magnesium improves cognitive function. Both are good brain tonic Flax seeds contains omega -3 Avacado good cholesterol good for brain and nerves Pistachio contains vitamin B 6 All are good
Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily will help improve oxygen to brain. Besides this Do Nasya with Brahmi grith 2 drops in both nostril once daily. Brahmi vati 1-0-1 after food with water.

🧘‍♀️ Anulomvilom and Bhramari Pranayam will help. But you have to do it early in the morning only. ❌ Donot get yourself into any addictions. ❌ Donot drink tea or coffee or aerated drinks. ❌ Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. ✔️ Drink a glass of cow milk daily before you sleep. ✔️ 100 steps after both meals are must. ✔️ Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food. Dry fruits like Almonds 4-5 black raisins 10, walnut 2, figs 2-3 are good snacking options. ✔️ Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones. 💊 Medication: 💊 Syp. Improving sleep, nourishing the brain, and calming the mind can gradually improve memory and focus. 1. Ayurvedic Support One helpful herbal preparation is Shankhpushpi Syrup. Take 2 teaspoons twice daily after meals with water. It is traditionally used to support memory, concentration, and mental calmness, and may also help with mild anxiety. 2. Dry Fruits for Better Memory Certain dry fruits are considered brain-nourishing (Medhya) and can be included daily: Soaked almonds – Soak 5 almonds overnight, peel them in the morning and eat them. They provide healthy fats and nutrients that support brain function. Walnuts – Eat 1–2 walnuts daily, as they are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that support memory and cognitive health. You can take them in the morning or whenever it feels convenient in your daily routine. 3. Lifestyle for Better Concentration Since lack of sleep is a trigger, focus on improving sleep quality.
