Soaked almonds, walnuts, cow’s ghee (if suitable), and milk may be beneficial. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, processed foods, and late-night screen exposure. -----Important Advice At 82 years of age, new-onset forgetfulness, behavioral changes, and anger should be evaluated by a physician/neurologist to rule out conditions such as dementia, vitamin B12 deficiency, thyroid disorders, medication effects, or other neurological causes. Ayurvedic treatment can be supportive but should complement a proper medical assessment.
