आयुर्वेद के अनुसार बार-बार गुस्सा आना, चिड़चिड़ापन, बिना वजह गाली देना, मन का अशांत रहना तथा “दिमाग में गर्मी” महसूस होना मुख्यतः पित्त दोष की वृद्धि और रजोगुण की अधिकता से संबंधित हो सकता है। जब पित्त बढ़ता है तो मन में क्रोध, अधीरता, बेचैनी और मानसिक तनाव बढ़ने लगता है। संभावित कारण अधिक तनाव, चिंता या मानसिक दबाव देर रात तक जागना तीखा, मसालेदार, खट्टा और गरिष्ठ भोजन अधिक मोबाइल, टीवी या मानसिक उत्तेजना अनियमित दिनचर्या आयुर्वेदिक उपचार सामान्यतः उपयोग की जाने वाली औषधियाँ 1. ब्राह्मी वटी – 1–2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। 2. सरस्वतारिष्ट – 15–20 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर भोजन के बाद दिन में 2बार। 3. शंखपुष्पी सिरप/घनवटी – मानसिक शांति और एकाग्रता के लिए लाभकारी। 4.जटामांसी चूर्ण – 2–3 ग्राम रात्रि में गुनगुने पानी या दूध के साथ। पित्त शांत करने वाला आहार नारियल पानी, खीरा, लौकी, तोरी, अनार, आंवला का सेवन करें। पर्याप्त पानी पिएँ। मिर्च-मसाला, चाय-कॉफी का अधिक सेवन, फास्ट फूड, कोल्ड ड्रिंक, शराब और धूम्रपान से बचें। दिनचर्या और नियम सुबह जल्दी उठें और ताजी हवा में 20–30 मिनट टहलें। प्रतिदिन अनुलोम-विलोम, भ्रामरी प्राणायाम और ध्यान 10–15 मिनट करें। रात 10 बजे तक सोने का प्रयास करें। सोने से 1 घंटा पहले मोबाइल और स्क्रीन का उपयोग कम करें।

Aap jo lakshan bata rahe hain—chidchidapan, zyada gussa aana, gali dena, bina wajah gussa ho jana—yeh sirf “dimag ki garmi” se hi nahi, balki tanav (stress), neend ki kami, chinta (anxiety), depression, hormonal samasya ya kisi mansik swasthya ki sthiti se bhi jude ho sakte hain. ----Ayurvedic drishtikon se ise Pitta vriddhi aur Manovaha srotas ki asantulan avastha mana ja sakta hai. ----Niyam (Pathya) Raat ko 10 baje tak so jayein. Teekha, tala hua, bahut garam aur masaledar bhojan kam karein. Chai, coffee, alcohol aur tambaaku se parhez rakhein. Roz 15–20 minute Anulom-Vilom aur Bhramari pranayama karein. Thande prakriti ke aahar jaise gulkand, nariyal pani, dhaniya-pani, aur mausami phal lein. Mobile aur screen ka upyog raat mein kam karein. ----rx 1) Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. 2) Saraswatarishta – 15 ml barabar pani milakar din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. 3) Shankhpushpi Syrup – 2 chammach din mein 2 baar.
