Aapke symptoms severe anxiety, gussa/irritation, neend na aana aur palpitations Vata-Pitta prakop aur manasik chinta ki taraf indicate karte hain. Bhang goli/cannabis ko medicine ki tarah self-use na karein, kyunki isse dependence, palpitations aur anxiety rebound badh sakti hai. —rx 1) Saraswatarishta 15 ml + 15 ml water after food, twice daily. 2) Brahmi Vati 1 tab at night after food. 3) Manas Mitra Vatakam 1 tab at night after food. 4) Jatamansi Churna 2 g with warm milk at bedtime. 5) Ashwagandha Churna 3 g with milk at night — avoid if high Pitta, acidity, loose motions, or very hot body tendency. —External -Ksheerbala taila Shiroabhyanga at night. -Pada abhyanga with sesame oil or Ksheerbala taila before sleep. -----If possible: Shirodhara / Takradhara under supervision. -Pathya: Warm, light, freshly cooked food. Cow ghee 1 tsp with meals if digestion is okay. -Avoid tea/coffee, alcohol, smoking, cannabis, spicy food, late-night screen use. -Bhramari pranayama 5–7 minutes daily.
