Hello dear, Aap jo samasya jhel rahe hain, Ayurveda me use Vata Vyadhi ke lakshano aur badhe hue Vata Dosha ke laskhano se jodkar dekha jata hai. Dimaag me jhingur ya sannate ki aawaj aana (Tinnitus) ko Karnanada kehte hain, jo sharir me Vata dosha ke bohot badh jaane ke karan hota hai. ​Modern medicine se aaram na milne par Ayurveda ek bohot accha vikalp hai kyunki ye dimaag ko shaant karne aur Vata ko balance karne par kaam karta hai. ​Ayurvedic Medicines & Dosage 1. ​Kalyanaka Gritham (Kerala Ayurveda) ​Kyun lein: Ye dimaag ko taqat deta hai, darr, depression aur aawajen aane ki samasya (hallucinations) ko kam karta hai. ​Dose: 1 chammach (lagbhag 5-10 ml) halke gungune paani ya doodh ke sath subah khali pet lein. 2. ​Saraswatharishtam (Kerala Ayurveda) ​Kyun lein: Ye dimaag ko sukoon deta hai, nind laane me madad karta hai aur anxiety ko dur karta hai. ​Dose: 15 se 20 ml davai ko barabar matra me gungune paani ke sath milakar din me do baar (khana khane ke baad) lein. 3. ​Ksheerabala Thailam ​Kyun lein: Vata dosha ko shant karne aur nind ki samasya ke liye ye sabse behtar hai. ​Dose (Nasyam): Ksheerabala Thailam ki 2-2 boond dono naak ke chhidro (nostrils) me raat ko sote samay dalein. ​Dose (Shiroabhyanga): Isi tel se roz raat ko sar aur pairon ke talwon (soles) ki halki maalish karein, isse nind acchi aayegi aur sannate ki aawaj kam hogi. ​Raat ko halka aur garam khana khayein (jaise khichdi ya daliya). ​Chai, coffee, aur bahar ka tala-bhuna khana bilkul band kar dein, kyunki ye Vata ko badhate hain. ​Sone se pehle thoda sa pranayama (jaise Bhramari aur Anulom-Vilom) 10 minute zaroor karein.

Yahi sabse bada karan hai ki aapka dimag ek second ke liye bhi shant nahi ho pa raha aur aapko neend aana band ho gayi hai. ✓Ayurvedic Action Plan Kyunki bimari purani aur gambhir hai, hamein dimag ki naso ko turant shant karna hoga aur neend ko wapas lana hoga taaki aapka brain khud ko heal kar sake. 1. Maha Kalyanaka Ghrita Dosage: 1 chammach (teaspoon) din mein do baar. Time: Khana khane se 30 minute pehle. Vehicle: Ek glass halke gungune doodh ke sath. 2. Panchakarma (Shirodhara) is Mandatory: Dawaiyon ke sath-sath aapko jald se jald Shirodhara (mathe par tel ki dhara girana) karwani chahiye. Hello dear… problems which you are facing shows vata imbalance…so we will focus to balance vata through diet, some habits and medicine. If possible firstly try to fix timing of your meal and sleep. Eat only warm, freshly prepared meal, home based meal. Avoid junk food, staple food, processed or refrigerated food and avoid chilled water or cold drinks. Diet has very important role because brain can be affected by unhealthy gut. Avoid day sleep. Walk 200 steps after each meal. And do full body massage if possible in morning, if you can’t then atleast foot massage at night with seasame oil or brahmi oil. Try to do yoga or other stretching exercise. Less use of screens- mobile, laptop, TV. And your allopathic medicine should be taper down slowly, otherwise it worsens your condition so don’t stop suddenly. It should be under guidance of doctor . ??? Anulomvilom and Bhramari Pranayam will help. But you have to do it early in the morning only. ? Donot get yourself into any addictions. ? Donot drink tea or coffee or aerated drinks. ? Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. Consume audio form of data rather than visuals before you sleep. ?? 100 steps after both meals are must. ?? Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food. ?? Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones. ?? Medication: ?? Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach. Cap. Memorin(S.G.Phytopharma) 2 caps twice a day before food. Syp.
