Hello I can understand your situation it is difficult to have loose teeth with tartar build up causing bad breath. But please understand Long standing bacterial infection causes weakening of teeth and gums If not treated it may lead to peridontal disease As your dentist has advised removal of teeth, it may be advance stage of disease Natural remedies will -help to improve oral hygiene -Prevent progression of disease But you need to have regular follow up with your dentist ORAL PRACTICES 1.OIL PULLING This is called as gandusha in ayurveda It is a therapy in which you should hold mediacated oil in your mouth Use - Arimeda taila or sesame oil Do for 15 min in morning 2.SALT WATER GARGELLING Gargle with warm salt water It will help to prevent bacterial growth 3.HERBAL TOOTH POWDER You can use Poothika churna for gum massage If you dont get poothika churna Use -Triphala churna Do 5 min gum massage It should be gentle No harsh massage allowed DIGESTIVE HEALTH AND BAD BREATH Bad breath is the indicator of poor digestion -Have warm water throughout the day -Avoid processed food -avoid junk food -have warm jeera tea after lunch ABOUT THE PRACTICES YOU HAVE MENTIONED -Coconut oil oulling - safe use sesame oil -Salt water rinse - helful -Essential oils - will be very harshful -Collidal silver -not advised to use without medical supervision -Baking soda - it damages enamel so avoid it ABOUT SOUR SOP TEA it is in general use for overall health Not as specific for dental health Start with above practices and also follow up with dentist Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Bad breath, loose teeth and tartar usually indicate gum infection and bacterial accumulation around the teeth. Removing all teeth is usually not the first step. In most cases, professional cleaning and proper oral care can significantly improve the condition. 1. Professional dental cleaning First, it is advisable to undergo professional scaling by a dentist to remove hardened tartar. Once tartar is removed, gums get a better chance to heal and teeth may become more stable. 2. Oil pulling for oral bacteria You can practice oil pulling with Irimedadi Taila. Take 1 teaspoon of the oil in the morning. Swish gently in the mouth for 5–10 minutes and spit it out. This helps reduce oral bacteria, improve gum health, and reduce bad breath. 3. Herbal tooth powder for daily brushing Brush twice daily using Dashansanskar Churna. It helps strengthen gums, reduce plaque, and control oral bacteria. Use a soft brush and gently massage the gums. 4. Improve digestion (important for body odor and breath) Sometimes bad breath and body odor are also related to poor digestion and gut imbalance. For this, you may take Hingvashtak Churna. Take ¼–½ teaspoon with the first bite of meals, especially lunch and dinner. It helps improve digestion, reduce gas, and support gut health. 5. Additional supportive measures Rinse mouth with warm saline water once or twice daily. Drink adequate warm water throughout the day. Reduce excess sugar, processed foods, and very sticky foods. Maintain regular brushing, tongue cleaning, and flossing. With professional scaling + oil pulling with Irimedadi oil + proper brushing + digestion improvement, many people notice better gum strength, reduced bad breath, and improved oral health over time.

Namaste, Bad breath and loose teeth are usually related to gum infection, tartar buildup, and bacterial growth. If not managed properly, it can worsen over time. Simple measures that may help: Maintain regular oral hygiene – brush twice daily and clean tongue properly. Do oil pulling with coconut oil once daily (do not overdo multiple methods together). Use warm salt water rinsing 1–2 times daily to reduce infection. Avoid using too many remedies together like strong oils, baking soda, or chemicals, as they may irritate gums further. Keep digestion healthy, as gut health can also affect breath. If teeth are already loose, it is important to consult a dentist, as cleaning (scaling) may be needed to remove tartar. Natural remedies alone may not reverse advanced gum damage. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support gum health include: Triphala powder (for gargling) – traditionally used to support oral hygiene and reduce bacteria. Irimedadi Taila – sometimes used for gum massage to support gum strength. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

Hello, Ayurvedic view -Kapha + rakta dushti-> gum swelling, tartar , bad odor -Ama (toxins) in gut->body odor +oral infection -weak asthi dhatu-> loose teeth So treatment= clean+strengthen+detox Daily oral care Morning routine **oil pulling -use sesame oil (better than coconut for gums) -10-15 min, spit out (do not swallow) Herbal brushing -Mix= neem powder + clove + triphala + pinch rock salt -Avoid excess baking soda (damages enamel) Gum strengthening very important -Massage gums daily with sesame oil + pinch turmeric + rock salt -Or use herbal paste neem + babbol Anti - bacterial and healing support -Warm water + rock salt rinse twice daily -Use triphala decoction mouth rinse (best for infection + tartar) Avoid -colloidal silver -excess oregano/pepermint oil (too harsh) Internal detox most important Bad breath + body odor = gut issue Take daily -Triphala churna= 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime -Guduchi ghan vati= 2 tabs twice daily after meals -Neem capsule= 1 cap in morning =both reduces infection and bood toxins Improve digestion -warm water through the day -add jeera + fennel + coriander tea Strengthen teeth take -Praval pishti = 1 tab twice daily with honey after meals -sesame seeds intake daily -milk + ghee if digestible Diet -warm, light food -green vegetables, neemleaves small quantitiy -amla vitamin c for gums Avoid -sugar, bakery, cold drinks -excess dairy + curd increases kapha -processed and junk food special in your condition -Khadiradi vati= keep 2 tabs in mouth and suck slowly do this 2-3 times daily -Irimedadi taila= best oil for gums = take 2 tsp in mouth and hold for 15 minutes then spit in morning -triphala + neem + clove = core combination If teeth very loose (mobility) -heavy tartar/ calculus present You still need professional scaling (cleaning) once natural methods maintain and heal, but cannot remove hard tartar fully Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
