Seeking Ayurvedic Solutions for Long-term Gum Cavity and Pain - #52054

I have severe problem of gum cavity and pain since last 4-5 years. Because of this, I have lost my tooth as well as gum. Now it arises again. I am diabetic and hypertensive. Is there any solution of this problem in Ayurveda?
