Yes you can use Alum for sensitivity and aslo you can make • Turmeric • Sendha salt • Mustard oil •How to Make the First Formula Take 1/2 teaspoon of mustard oil, add • a pinch of turmeric • a pinch of rock salt Mix the mixture well. It’s best to make this mixture fresh each time. •2nd formula: Thoroughly dry acacia bark, Triphala, and dried ginger and grind them into fine powder. Add the prescribed amount of • Rock salt • Celery extract. Finally, add • Crystal ash • Borax ash. Filter everything thoroughly and store it in a dry glass container. This tooth powder is long-lasting. •How to use • Take a small amount on your finger or a soft toothbrush • Gently massage onto your teeth and gums for 2-3 minutes • Rinse thoroughly with water. Frequency: Once a day is sufficient (twice a day in severe cases)
