Namaste, Coconut oil pulling is a good practice for oral health and detox support. The best time to do oil pulling is in the morning on an empty stomach, before brushing your teeth. Take 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and swish it in your mouth for about 10–15 minutes, then spit it out (do not swallow), and rinse with warm water. After that, you can brush your teeth. Doing it in the morning helps remove toxins accumulated overnight and supports gum and oral health more effectively. If needed, it can also be done at night, but morning practice gives better results. With regular practice, you may notice improvement in oral hygiene and freshness within a few weeks. Consultation can help tailor this further to your needs.
