Doctors' responses

If you are consuming pan along with chuna it will cause more burning. You can try applying Honey over mouth ulcers. Also repeated ulcer or long stand ulcer may be due to deficiencies. You can take blood test to check Vitamin deficiency and then accordingly it can be corrected.

The most important step is to stop chewing pan, as continuous irritation can worsen mouth ulcers and burning sensation. Tab Kamdudha Ras 1-0-1 after food Tab Arogyavardhini Vati 1-0-1 after food Triphala churna 1 tsp with warm water at night. Do Gandush with coconut oil or castor oil in the morning for oral healing. You can also apply Yashtimadhu powder mixed with honey locally on the ulcers for soothing relief. Avoid spicy, very hot, and sour foods. Avoid tobacco, pan, and alcohol. Drink plenty of water and include cooling foods like coconut water and pomegranate. Maintain proper oral hygiene and regular tongue cleaning. Hello, Stop chewing pan before you get into real health issues. The medicines won’t work for the issues you listed if pan chewing is continued. Once you stop chewing pan, start taking the following- 1. Capsule stomatab2—2—2 after each meal (capsule is opened and applied inside the mouth cavity for best results) for 30 days. 2. Indukantham kashayam 15ml----0----15ml by adding 45ml of boiled cooled water 45 minutes before breakfast and 45 minutes before dinner for 45 days. Take care, Kind regards.
