At 7 years of age, eruption of permanent teeth is usually a normal developmental process. Mild gum itching and discomfort are common while new teeth are coming in. Take • Sitopaladi Churna – 1 g twice daily with honey after food for 4–6 weeks. • Praval Pishti – 125 mg twice daily with honey or ghee after food for 4 weeks. • Gentle gum massage with a small amount of plain cow ghee once daily. Diet: • Give milk, sesame seeds (til), ragi, and other calcium-rich foods regularly. • Avoid excessive chocolates and sticky sweets.
