मुझे अपने दांतों में लगभग 7 में कैविटी लगी हुई है और 7 में दो की आरसीटी हो रखी है और वो काफी हद तक सड़ चुके हैं। और उनका जड़ ही बचा है और थोड़ा बहुत हिस्सा ऊपर का क्राउन है। लेकिन इनमें दर्द नहीं है, तो संक्रमण से बचने के लिए क्या कर सकता हूँ और जो कुछ संक्रमण है उसे कैसे कंट्रोल और कम करूँ?
