–Rx
1)Triphala Guggulu
2 tab – BD – after food – with lukewarm water
2)Khadiradi Vati
1 tab – suck slowly – TDS
3)Gandusha with Triphala Kwath
Gargle – 2–3 times daily (lukewarm)
4)Dashanga Lepa
Local application on swelling – BD
5)Mahasudarshan Kwath
20 ml with equal water – BD (for fever)
----Advice:
Warm salt water gargles 3–4 times daily
Avoid cold, spicy, and hard foods
Maintain oral hygiene
Soft diet (khichdi, soup)
----Follow-up: 3 days or earlier if swelling increases.
