Doctors' responses

-Triphala ghrit can support skin health and healing, but it cannot reverse an indented scar because that type of scar involves loss of underlying collagen. Treatments that stimulate collagen, such as microneedling or other in-office procedures, are more effective.” About the root canals after trauma: -Natural remedies can support gum and bone health, but they cannot reverse trauma or replace the root canal treatment. Maintaining good oral hygiene and overall nutritional support helps protect the long-term outcome. -For Scar (Bahya Chikitsa): Triphala Ghrit – Local gentle massage over scar BD × 6–8 weeks Kumkumadi Taila – Night application 2. For Dhatu Poshana (Internal Support): Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tab BD after food Amla Churna – 3 gm HS with lukewarm water Lakshadi Guggulu – 1 tab BD after food 3. For Oral Support: Triphala Kwath gandusha – OD Til taila (oil pulling) – Morning - Pathya (Advice) Protein-rich satvik diet Avoid excess ruksha, dry, very spicy food Adequate hydration Maintain strict oral hygiene -Note- Indented scars improve gradually; complete reversal may not be possible. RCT teeth require regular dental follow-up.
