Dant vidradhi Swollen cheek because of tooth decay Pain Is it mumps or dant vidradhi Is there any cure of it in ayurveda? Alopathy doctor suggests rootcanal, if we don't want to do that, is there any alternate solution in ayurveda?

Ayurvedic Management 1. Gandusha (Oil Holding) Hold lukewarm sesame oil or coconut oil in the mouth for 5–10 minutes. Benefits: reduces bacteria reduces swelling improves gum health Do 2–3 times daily. 2. Herbal Gargle Boil in water: Triphala Neem leaves Clove Cool to warm and gargle 3–4 times daily. This helps infection and bad breath. 3. Clove Oil Application Apply 1 drop clove oil on cotton and keep on the painful tooth. Benefits: strong analgesic antibacterial 4. Ayurvedic Medicines Possible medicines used: Gandhak Rasayan Helps infection and inflammation. Triphala Guggulu Useful in swelling and pus conditions. Lavangadi Vati Helps dental pain and oral infection. 5. Local Ayurvedic Paste Mix: Turmeric Rock salt Mustard oil Apply gently on gums for 5 minutes daily. When Root Canal Is Necessary If there is: Severe infection inside tooth pulp Pus formation Persistent swelling then root canal may be the best option to save the tooth. Ayurveda can help reduce symptoms, but cannot clean infected root canals like dental procedures can.
