Tooth decay and gum recession over time usually indicate weak gum support and oral hygiene gaps. At the same time, chronic epididymitis suggests underlying inflammation, so both need gentle but consistent care. For teeth and gums, improve daily care first. Brush twice daily and rinse after every meal. Avoid very sugary, sticky, and acidic foods. Include sesame seeds, leafy greens, and calcium-rich foods in diet. At home, you can do oil pulling with coconut or sesame oil in the morning for 5–10 minutes. Gentle gum massage with sesame oil or a pinch of turmeric + coconut oil can help strengthen gums. Triphala water rinse at night is also useful. For epididymitis, avoid tight clothing, long sitting, and excessive heat exposure. Keep the area supported and maintain hygiene. Khadiradi vati – 1 tablet to suck 2–3 times daily Triphala churna – ½ teaspoon with warm water at bedtime Chandraprabha vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Gokshuradi guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food This will help strengthen gums, reduce infection risk, and support urinary/reproductive health. If gum recession continues or pain increases, dental evaluation is important to prevent further damage. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
