What is gandush ? Fill mouth completely with castor oil. Do not gargle Hold oil steady until: Watering of eyes/nose OR Mild salivation OR Feeling of heaviness. Usually 3–5 minutes.

–After eating kadi, Wait 1–2 hours before drinking milk. –Tartar treatment in Ayurveda: Use oil pulling with sesame/coconut oil daily. Brush with neem or licorice powder. Triphala mouth rinse helps prevent tartar. For existing tartar, dental cleaning is usually needed.
