Ayamodaka gulika can be taken 2-0-2 after food ( as you have severe gastric problem. If you didn’t get relief with this medicine, 1. Kayam gulika 1 at night. 2. Hinguvachadi choornam 1/2 tsp with warm water before food at noon time. If the symptoms reduce by these medicines stop the medication and start 1. Ashtachoornam 1/2 tsp with buttermilk at noon time before food. 2. Triphala choornam 1/2 tsp at night regularly. Do pavanamuktasana, cobra pose. If possible do sooryanamskar regularly.
