Ye aapke pet ko irritate kar raha hai

1.halka garam pani piye
2.khana bahut light rakhe
3 rest le
Aap turant ek sonography kar le
Aur paas ke docter se consult kare
Physical examination jaroori hai
Apke ache sehat ke liye kamana karti hu
